Sony nvu50g
The Sony nvu50g is an entry-level satellite navigation system. It has a 3.5-inch colour menu-driven screen. Mapping is provided for the UK and Republic of Ireland. Voice-guided instructions are given. A large Points of Interest database is also included.
The Sony nvu50t can receive real-time traffic information through its RDS-TMC cradle. Information in RDS format is free to air so there are no annual licences or on-going fees to pay. Maps for the UK and Republic of Ireland are included and voice-guided turn-by-turn directions are given.
The Sony nvu70t provides the same real-time traffic information as the nvu50t but also comes with 1GB of memory providing mapping for 27 European countries. Also included is an extraordinary Points of Interest database with over 1,000,000 places and destinations listed!
