ViaMichelin is part of the Michelin Group - a group with a long and successful history.

ViaMichelin was begun in 2000 to design, produce and market digital navigation systems, products and services. With it's proven ability to produce road maps and travel guides, Michelin is well placed to venture into the satnav marketplace.

ViaMichelin provide exclusive mapping coverage of Europe - covering some 42 European countries. The mapping system and data is constantly updated and, exclusively to Michelin, they are able to include information on over 18,000 tourist destinations and some 62,000 hotels and restaurants based on the information contained in the Michelin Green Guide and Michelin Guide 2006.

The Michelin X950-T offers all the great features of the X930 but comes with the added benefit of in-built real-time traffic information. This allows the X950-T to take account of hold-ups and congestion when planning route and therefore makes for a quicker, more relaxing journey.
